Cheaper Ferries will always try to provide the best level of service that it can. Please ensure that you read our terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Online Security pages
- If Cheaper Ferries is unable to provide you with your booking, any monies paid will be returned to the payer.
- Cheaper Ferries will charge a fee of £15 per booking for any amendments made to a confirmed booking or for cancellations of confirmed bookings, in addition to any charges made by the ferry operator.
- If you wish to cancel your booking, Cheaper Ferries will refund any monies paid, less the amendment fee & any charges made by the carrier.
- Cheaper Ferries cannot be held liable for any losses or expenses incurred if sailings are delayed or cancelled for any reason.
- Cheaper Ferries cannot be held liable for any losses or expenses incurred if your booking is cancelled or amended by the carrier.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you are adequately insured for your journey. Cheaper Ferries cannot be held responsible for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of inadequate insurance.
- It is your responsibility to be in possession of valid travel documents for your journey, including visas if required. Cheaper Ferries cannot be held liable for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of your not being in possession of valid travel documents.
- Travel is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the carrier.
